Collector worthy issue! And if you like Stephen King or Timothy  Hutton this is definitely one you should consider.  It are very minimal surface wear to the front cover And some creasing in the stapled down to edge. The back covered page shows some fading in the ink and there’s a small curl to the bound edge I think you can see it in the pictures. I would say it is in very good condition overall. The inside pages are like new with no ink marks & no tears.  Nothing has been filled out or cut out there are no missing pages and it looks like this has been read thru lightly.
