A traditional vintage French cheese mold used for creating homemade Faisselle cheese. The large vintage cheese making strainer has been manufactured from classic white glazed porcelain in the form of a large heart. It has a set of small holes around the base and could also be used as a colander and strainer for freshly washed strawberries or radishes. It rests on a slightly raised base. The underside has been stamped with the name of the renowned French kitchenware manufacturer "Apilco France".
