For your consideration is a piece procured from the estate of an employee of the printing shop of the Wall Street Journal.  First off, this is likely not a plate from the original printing, as the size is 9.5"" x 7 15/16".  Due to scrap value, the genuine original does not exist anywhere. That being said it is a genuine printing plate from an official WSJ reprint, and as such is likely the only existing WSJ plate of the first edition of the Wall Street Journal Pacific Edition.  The first of its kind and just one week before the crash.  An important issue!  Genuine brass, with some sort of a metallic coating at appears similar to nickel.  Worn through to the brass as this is a real printing plate that was used.

Impossibly scarce, and would look fantastic framed.

Free shipping to the USA and we're happy to ship internationally at cost.  From the same estate we have 2 other plates from important WSJ issues, please see our other listings.
