This antique 4 gallon stoneware jug is a stunning piece of pottery with a cobalt blue flower design and salt glaze finish. The medium size of this jug makes it a great addition to any primitive or antique collection. The piece is unsigned but is believed to have been created in the US in a naive, primitive style. Its originality and region of origin add to its historical significance. The jug's age and date of creation are unknown.  A must-have for any pottery or antique enthusiast.

Has wear, some spots and imperfections.  Bottom has what looks like an old piece off of it, but it may be an imperfection.  Some dark spots on finish.  No cracks or chips (aside from bottom corner of jug as described).  Please see all photos.
