Books are in good condition for age/use. There are markings/scuffs/some minor staining on the outside area of the books as can be seen in pictures. The area where the front/back covers connect to the spine have separating/cracking on all 4 locations. Please refer to pictures to see these areas. There is blue book binding tape on the inside of each cover where the front/back covers connect to the spine. Pencil markings on the corner of beginning inside pages as can be seen in last 2 pictures. Both books lean when standing upright - the first more than the second as can be seen pictures. Volume I has some paper slips/business card the previous owner put in the book marking sections - can see these in pictures. Please see all pictures.
