I got this Sun tape drive that was advertised as a fully working unit, a few years ago, for a likely data retrieval project that I was going to do. I never needed to use this drive in the end.

It was carefully stored in my own residence that is well air and humidity controlled - thus the unit has been stored well and the unit appears in good looking condition without harsh wear to it.
