Due to our products' generally low unit prices, we primarily use Hong Kong Post as our main shipping carrier. This allows us to offer affordable shipping to customers worldwide. The following are our default shipping methods:

― Estimated Delivery Time ―

The two shipping methods available through HK Post are both classified as air mail. The estimated delivery time can be found on the official website and varies for different countries and regions.

For example, it takes approximately 7 to 17 business days for delivery to the United States and
10 to 17 business days for delivery to the United Kingdom

Please note that the estimated delivery time is for reference only, and the actual delivery time depends on factors such as aviation security checks, the current pandemic situation, air mail or surface mail capacity, and destination customs clearance progress. More remote destinations may require additional time for delivery.

If you wish to opt for a faster courier or alternative shipping provider, please inbox me before making the purchase, and I will assist you in checking the feasibility. However, please note that opting for a faster shipping method may incur additional costs. Unless absolutely necessary, we do not recommend opting for faster shipping or alternative providers as it may incur high shipping costs.

COMBINE SHIPPING

We support combine shipping. We very welcome you to purchase multiple items at once to save on shipping costs.

In our store, the majority of our items have a shipping fee of $4 or less. If you purchase two items, the additional shipping fee for the second item is only $2. This applies to the 2nd to 10th items.

If you purchase 11 or more items at once, the shipping fee for the 11th item and onwards will be a flat rate of $1.

The shipping fee for the first item will be the higher of the two. For example, if the shipping fee for the first item is $3 and the second item is $5, the combined shipping fee will be $5 + $2 USD.

Discounted Fees of Combine Shipping:

Shipping fee for the most expensive item ($5) + $2*9 (for the 2~10th item) + $1 (for the 11th item).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE -

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying these additional costs.

Before placing your order, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these charges will be.

Please note that these charges are typically collected by the shipping company upon delivery or when you pick up the item. They should not be confused with additional shipping charges.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

― Return Policy ―

We apologize if you are dissatisfied with the received product. We accept returns in such cases. Simply return the item to us after receiving it, along with a photo of the item and a description of the reason for return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund. Please keep the original packaging. Please note that this policy does not apply to returns related to the quality of pre-owned items, unless the item is damaged during shipping after you receive it.

― Refund Policy ―

Regarding refunds, the most common situation is when customers haven't received their items after the expected delivery time. International postal services can be unreliable, and it may sometimes take 30 days or even 2 months to receive the goods. However, such cases are rare, and most of the time, customers can expect to receive their items within a month from the shipping date.

Since there is no way to determine if a shipment is lost or just delayed, if you haven't received your item after 45 days from the marked shipping date, we will consider it as lost. We are willing to offer a reshipment of the item, and we will automatically upgrade the shipping method to include a tracking number. Please note that if we have the item in stock, we will prioritize resending the item, unless we are out of stock, in which case we will offer a refund. However, please kindly contact us proactively if you haven't received your item after 45 days from the shipping date, so that we can work out the most satisfactory solution for you.
