This is a preowned doll for display she has always been kept in a smoke free home. I purchased at a toy store, tagged sugar, britches antique retail value $229. See photos for details please. Her outfit is beautiful and vintage or consisting of lace and velvet. The shoes are satin and do have what appears to be water spots on the bottom, although I believe they were intentionally done this way.
