Her we have a Tacro Trammel Beam Compass Set No. 4204.  It is made in  Germany.  It has parts to hold pencils, & the bar can be adjusted out to a 17 3/4" length which would accommodate a 34" diameter circle .  It is in the original sleeve & looks like all of the parts are present.  Sold as you see it.
