Samuel Chamberlain published numerous themed engagement calendars from the 1940s throught the 1970s. 1 They may be considered collectible more for the pictures, menus and recipes inside than just the date/year. Of course, having an original box for the calendar adds to its value. The 1945 calendar lacks a box and has writing on 12 pages. The 1965 calendar has writing on 2 pages. The American Cooking Calendar lacks a box top but the bottom is there. All of the pictures are different in the different 1977 calendars. The other boxes are in Good to Very Good condition.
