Description:
Modbus version has a
communication function. With RS-485 interface, it can be connected to a
PC with host computer software to collect data. It can also communicate
with PLC, DCS, smart meters and other devices!
Specifications:
- Can measure voltage, current and power. With alarm output (can be connected to indicator light, buzzer and relay output)
- Power supply: DC 7-24V (power supply cannot be lower than 7V, otherwise the measured value will be inaccurate)
- Measuring voltage range: DC 0.001-30V/DC 0.001-100V,optional
-
Measuring current range: 1uA-3A/1uA-10A,optional (minimum resolution
1uA. Below 3mA, the range will switch automatically. 1uA is displayed as
0.001mA. Large current range is recommended to work about 70%. Do not
use short circuit or limit overload)
- Accuracy: current 0.5%±3 digits; voltage 0.5%±3 digits
- Zone alarm: can set the alarm in the interval and outside the interval
-
Alarm setting: low voltage, high voltage, low current, high current
alarm, shielding voltage and current alarm range can be set
- Support standard Modbus RTU protocol, with RS-485 communication interface
- Modbus sampling can reach 50ms/time at the fastest, about 20 times in 1 second
- Modbus communication protocol function can set 1-254 device addresses
- Product size: 79 x 43 x 33mm/3.1 x 1.7 x 1.3"

Modbus Test:
1. Connect hardware:
Connect
RS485 serial port, A connects A, and B connects B. Connect the power
supply, measured voltage and load according to the wiring diagram.
2. Software Settings:
-
Set the serial port number in the "Communication Settings" column. The
default baud rate is 9600. Click to open the serial port.
- In the
"Module address change" field, you can set the communication address
(the default address is "1". If you do not know the address, you can
change the address directly.)
- Click the "Collect" command in the "Collection" column.
- If a "communication error" occurs, check whether the A and B sides of the RS485 interface are connected reversely.
