Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Orders from Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will process on the next business day and will be shipped within 24 hours.

Normally it takes 2-5 days of shipping to US addresses, please allow 10-30 days for international deliveries. Some shipments could take longer subject to your local customs authorities.

 

Return & Warranty

1. We accept 30 days return guarantee for all Items If you are unsatisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back within 30 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to exchange or refund.

2. Leave a message note in returned box quoting your item(s) ID and buyer ID.

3. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns.

4. It is important that we know when your return is expected. Please save your return tracking number or post the receipt, and email it to us. We need this in case there are any issues during transit.

5. Refund will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned parcel. Please allow 2 working days for us to process your return.
