Our Bellerby straight chrome electric heated towel rails are manufactured to be the highest quality bathroom radiators available online today, whilst offering unbeatable value for money. Choose from white or chrome colours.
The overall quality is eye-catching when compared to cheaper alternatives to this towel rail. Equipped with thick tubing and steel at a thickness of 1.5mm. This makes the radiator around 50% thicker than the average towel warmer, maximising heat emission. The result of this is a more substantial towel rail, preventing defects such as rusting and pinhole leaks.

The intricate treatment process for the Bellerby, results in an impressive modern look. Our chrome plating is on average 5 microns thick, not including the pre-treatment base. The polishing before chrome plating is critical. Our towel warmers are highly polished for a very even, fluid finish. The true test for the plating is the neutral salt spray ASTMB117. This Solaire Electric Towel Warmer passes 250 hours in the salt test.

Unique design efficient and consistent warmth: Most towel warmers when filled, struggle to hold enough water to heat the top cross as well as a margin of safety for expansion, when the towel rail is warm. However, the Bellerby’s geometric design solves this problem, by increasing the size of the leaving enough space for expansion. When combined with the increased surface area, the heat emission potential is maximised. Which in turn, produces a higher BTU output to keeps your bathroom warm.

Our electric towel warmers are professionally prepared at our North Yorkshire warehouse. This Towel Warmer is accurately filled with a special anti-corrosion oil solution, sealed and arrives with the CP element fitted.
The Celsius CP element offers superior quality and efficiency. In the event of a temperature change, the electric element adapts to keep a smooth surface temperature across the towel rail. This self-regulating effect avoids overheating, while ensuring efficient power usage and low running costs.

Delivery & Collection
Delivery
Our couriers are APC and DHL. We use APC for larger items such as towel rails, panel heaters, oil filled radiators & mirrors. We use DHL for smaller items such as Accessories (Valves, Element, Small Fan Heaters). The selection of courier may not be indicated on your order details so please make a note of this for when you need to track online.
Proof of delivery
Upon delivery, the courier will place the parcel on the ground, step back 2 metres and request a name. They will take a photo of the parcel and log the GPS coordinates. Delivery will then be signed 'DEL' by the courier as proof of delivery. The online tracking details will update with this information.
Tracking
Your order will show a tracking number when we have processed the shipping. Our system will send automated emails and texts with the tracking information. Please check the Spam folder in your email box to see if it is sent there. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you will not receive the texts. Please keep a note of tracking information in case you have any issues.
To manually track your item please go to the APC or DHL website for an update. This is useful if you do not receive a tracking notification or cannot find it.

Safe place
If you are not expecting to be at home when the parcel is going to be delivered, please message or email us with instructions to leave it in a safe place immediately after you order so we can add it to the shipping label. Please include your order number and indicate the website you bought the product from in the email.

If you have not indicated a safe place, you will either receive a card from the courier or they will attempt to leave it with your neighbour. The card will be posted through your letter box with instructions to rearrange delivery with the courier. Please contact the courier directly to organize this. In some circumstances the second parcel can arrive at a different time, or even the following day.

Damages
When the courier delivers the item please check the package before you accept it. If there is visible damage to the box and the product inside, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. You can then contact us by message, email or telephone to inform about the damage and we can either exchange the item or refund you.
If you accept the parcel but find that the contents are damaged when you open the box, please contact us by message, email or telephone to inform us and and attach photos of the damage. Please include your order number and website you bought the product from in the email.
We can offer to refund or exchange damaged items. Please keep the box of damaged items because the courier will need it to be packaged when they pick it up. If you do not have the original box you will need to find a suitable box to return the item. An exchange may be done on the same day or on a separate day from when the replacement is delivered.

Christmas opening hours: We close for Christmas on Friday 22nd December. We’re open again on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th, Friday 30th December. Our office opens in the New Year from Tuesday 2nd January 2024. It is possible that there could be unexpected delays with delivery during this time.
