The Abby rail is an anthracite round-tube designer towel rail for electric use. With evenly-spaced bars it has a symmetrical aspect which complements modern interiors. It is perfect for contemporary bathrooms, kitchens and drying rooms. The Abby ladder towel radiator will fit into small, medium & large bathrooms and is available in 3 different sizes: 500mm x 800mm, 500mm x 1200mm & 500mm x 1700mm (width x height).

Powered by Electric
Our electric towel warmers are professionally prepared at our North Yorkshire warehouse. This Towel Warmer is accurately filled with a special anti-corrosion oil solution, sealed and arrives with the CP element fitted.
The Celsius CP element offers superior quality and efficiency. In the event of a temperature change, the electric element adapts to keep a smooth surface temperature across the towel rail. This self-regulating effect avoids overheating, while ensuring efficient power usage and low running costs.
This straight anthracite CP electric towel rail will arrive completely prepared and ready to be wired in. We have years of experience, so be assured you will not have any hassle installing this electric heated towel rail.
Different Power Options Available
All our towel rails are available in Central Heating, Electric and Duel Fuel power options.
Central heating rails arrive as a stand alone rail, and the valves must be bought separately. We have a selection of angled or straight on/off valves and thermostatic valves available in our accessories section. We also stock a variety of dual fuel kit bundles with your choice of element size and valves.
If you opt for one of our electric models the towel rail will be professionally filled on site and will be completed by one of our high-quality CP (positive thermal coefficient) elements or one of our state of the art R3 thermostatically controlled elements.
Duel Fuel towel radiators are like the central heated option, in that the Radiator arrives empty and must connect to the central heating pipes. However, it comes with a duel fuel kit, which consists of valves and a heating element. Duel fuel towel radiators can be heated using the central heating or mains electric. This means that when the central heating is off, you can still use the rail to dry towels by switching the electric element on. Therefore, you have the benefit of using the towel rail all year round!

Delivery & Collection
Delivery
Our couriers are APC and DHL. We use APC for larger items such as towel rails, panel heaters, oil filled radiators & mirrors. We use DHL for smaller items such as Accessories (Valves, Element, Small Fan Heaters). The selection of courier may not be indicated on your order details so please make a note of this for when you need to track online.
Proof of delivery
Upon delivery, the courier will place the parcel on the ground, step back 2 metres and request a name. They will take a photo of the parcel and log the GPS coordinates. Delivery will then be signed 'DEL' by the courier as proof of delivery. The online tracking details will update with this information.
Tracking
Your order will show a tracking number when we have processed the shipping. Our system will send automated emails and texts with the tracking information. Please check the Spam folder in your email box to see if it is sent there. If you do not have a mobile number on your account, you will not receive the texts. Please keep a note of tracking information in case you have any issues.
To manually track your item please go to the APC or DHL website for an update. This is useful if you do not receive a tracking notification or cannot find it.

Safe place
If you are not expecting to be at home when the parcel is going to be delivered, please message or email us with instructions to leave it in a safe place immediately after you order so we can add it to the shipping label. Please include your order number and indicate the website you bought the product from in the email.

If you have not indicated a safe place, you will either receive a card from the courier or they will attempt to leave it with your neighbour. The card will be posted through your letter box with instructions to rearrange delivery with the courier. Please contact the courier directly to organize this. Portable Panel Heaters such as Adax Neo, Clea, SolAire Caldo (the leg brackets are shipped separately). In some circumstances the second parcel can arrive at a different time, or even the following day.
Some orders may need to be shipped in more than one consignment. Examples are: Thermostatic and Dual Fuel Towel Rails (the element is shipped separately). Damages
When the courier delivers the item please check the package before you accept it. If there is visible damage to the box and the product inside, you can refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. You can then contact us by message, email or telephone to inform about the damage and we can either exchange the item or refund you.
If you accept the parcel but find that the contents are damaged when you open the box, please contact us by message, email or telephone to inform us and and attach photos of the damage. Please include your order number and website you bought the product from in the email.
We can offer to refund or exchange damaged items. Please keep the box of damaged items because the courier will need it to be packaged when they pick it up. If you do not have the original box you will need to find a suitable box to return the item. An exchange may be done on the same day or on a separate day from when the replacement is delivered.
