• Hip Ratchets are intact. Wheels on legs do not sit fully flush and wobble around due to the wheel pins. One arm is broken and appears to be attempted to be repaired. Elbow Ratchets are Stiff, shoulder ratchet on the intact arm, is loose and not intact. Figure has paint scuffs, Chrome wear, and comes as shown. Legs in Truck Mode do not sit flush due to weak hip ratchets.
