This pedal is part-for-part an exact replica of the Silicon transistor version of the ZVEX Woolly Mammoth Fuzz Pedal. The Woolly Mammoth is essentially a gated version of the Fuzz Face pedal with a few tweaks. A tone control has be added as well as a "pinch" control which is described as adjusting the harmonic structure of the Fuzz effect. In short, the Pinch control sets the character of the "gating" effect.

True-Bypass. Power with standard 9V DC guitar pedal adaptor (center-negative).

Designed, wired and finished by hand in the UK using hand-selected components and high quality jack sockets and switches and housed in a heavy duty die-cast aluminium enclosure.
