You are looking at a set of 4 barware cocktail tools with club shape red bakelite handles. Included with this set are the ice tongs, a cocktail spoon stirrer, a double jigger and finally a strainer. Metal parts are stainless steel. Unmarked however these were made by the Glo Hill Co. of Canada. 

Overall excellent condition. Metal parts are in great condition. No chips or cracks to the bakelite. Very clean and ready to use or display. Guaranteed bakelite and tested.
