This is an absolutely gorgeous dress by Phool. It has quite a 70's look but I'm not sure of the exact age, it may be from the 80's. It is made of 100% cotton, in white with green stripes. It has a tiered skirt, tie back waist and high collar neckline. Absolutely stunning and beautifully made.

Measurements – armpit to armpit stretched 15”, across waist stretched 14", length from shoulder strap to hem 44”

Condition – This dress is in good vintage condition, there are a couple of small repaired holes in the skirt but they look secure and aren't particularly noticable. This is a vintage item and has been worn and loved before, we think this is part of what gives vintage its unique charm but please be aware of this and don’t expect perfection, though we will make every effort to note any specific issues or damage.
