Tree is great preowned condition. This tree is in good shape but it has a few issues. This tree has has a refinished tip. As well as a few small chips on the tree. This also has a few bulbs missing but they are very easy and cheap to replace. This also has some crazing around the tree.

This tree could definitely use a clean as there is a few spots around this that are dirty. There is a little bit of glue residue around the lightbulbs that are firmly in the tree.
