Return policy is one month, buyer pays return shipping.

Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you who is not the carrier came into possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, although this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), which must be paid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received information about withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you incur any fees in connection with this return. We may refuse to refund your money until we receive the item back or you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right to withdraw from the contract

The right to withdraw from the contract is not available to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose only place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

General information

1. Avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging elements. If necessary, use outer protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging that will provide adequate protection against shipping damage.
2. Please do not return the goods to us with freight paid.
3. Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a condition for effectively exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

The chemical name of the pollutant appears near the trash bin symbol. "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead and "Hg" for mercury. These instructions can also be found in the documents included with the delivery or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Electronic Waste Act

Electrically operated devices must not be disposed of with residual waste! If necessary, remove all batteries from devices and dispose of them separately. Waste electrical equipment should be disposed of free of charge at electronic waste collection points in cities and municipalities.
