TERMS OF SALE & POSTAGE POLICY:

1. DISPATCH TIME: 
-After confirmation of payment from ebay, usually 1-2 days. 
-No postage after 10:00 Saturday until 13:00 Monday (simply because there is no delivery's to mainland UK after 12:00 Saturday until Monday evening)

2. COMBINED POSTAGE: 
-Will combine Postage costs for multiple items up to the relevant insurance value. 
-Please send a message or request an invoice on the eBay basket page to do this.


3. PROPERLY PACKAGED :
-The banknote is contained in a uPVC folder, protected by Cardboard, and place in a Cardboard Protected envelope with "Please Do Not Bend" stamped on front. All edges are sealed.
-By default, I do not attach any customs forms on the envelope. If you require a customs form attached, please request it.

4. UK ORDERS: 
-Low valued items     (£1 - £50) will be sent with recorded delivery. Proof of postage receipt will always be obtained from the post office 
-Higher valued items  (£51 - £2500)  will be sent with special delivery. Proof of postage receipt will always be obtained from the post office
-As of June 2022, the current costs are :

Recorded Delivery Value (£1 - £50)          = £2.75(2nd class)  or £3.25(1st class)
Special delivery     Value (£51 - £500)       = £7.50
Special delivery     Value (£501 - £1000)   = £9
Special delivery     Value (£1001 - £2500) = £11

-These costs are set by Royal Mail and includes ebay commission on shipping costs.
-Ebay does allow me to setup a formula to automatically set these prices therefore please request an invoice before sending payment or wait until I send you an invoice with the correct amount for shipping before sending payment.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
-All items will be sent via signed for/tracked delivery (no exceptions) to Outside UK. 
-If signed for /tracked shipping is not an option to your country, then the sale will be cancelled. 
-Proof of postage receipt will always be obtained from the post office. 
-You will be able to track your delivery via Royal Mail Website
-All Customs / Tax / VAT incurred charges will be the buyer responsibility  
-International registered letters can be insured for £50 or £250.
-As of June 2022, the current costs are :

Europe :              Value £1-£50     = £8
Europe :              Value £51-£250 = £11
Outside Europe : Value £1-£50     = £9
Outside Europe : Value £51-£250 = £12

-Therefore my default shipping costs is £10 ( Middle value between £8-12 ). 
-Before sending payment, please request an invoice to ensure the correct shipping.
 

7. OTHER :
-I aim to accurately describe and photograph all of my items for sale, therefore I will not be held responsible for any items that arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal services. 
-They will be carefully packaged and sent in the same condition in which they are advertised. (see point 3 above Properly Packaged )
-Please note that there are delays to many postal services around the world due to the ongoing current world situation. 
-Please have some patience if they do not arrive quickly and allow more time than usual for letters to reach their destinations.( especially in the month of December/January because of the Christmas period)
