Although we have made every effort to ensure this item is compatible with the listed vehicles, please ensure you have the correct shape / style OEM unit before purchasing. 

Fascias You May Need:
** Please check your SEAT vehicles' center console and see whether it is the same with the pictures below. If it is, you need to order an extra fascia to aid for the installation. (XTRONS 11-581, 11-609 are compatible.) 

Cables You May Need:
1. Please check to see whether your vehicles' power port is the same as the picture, if it is, you need to order this ISO cable AK/PST10GFV/ISOCBL.
2. If your vehicles' power port is 52 Pin port and there is a original reversing camera in your car, please order this ISO cable AK/VW/ISOMQB to retain the original camera function. 
3. If your vehicles' power port is a 40 Pin or 36 Pin port and there is a original reversing camera in your car, you need to order IS/SS/VWCAN01 to retain your vehicles' original reversing camera function.

Important Notes on Compatibility:
1. Please check your VW T5 vehicles' center console, if it is quadrate shape, then this unit can NOT fit with your car.
2. Please check your SKODA vehicles' center console and see whether it is the same with the picture below, if it is, this unit may NOT fit with your car.

Shipping
We ship international orders by DHL directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.


We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.

For addresses listed in remote area, there will be an extra US$35.00 remote area fee applied.

Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.

If you need pre-arrival SMS from DHL for delivery, please make sure you provide the correct cell phone number.

Import Tax
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Warranty and Return Policy
1. Standard 30 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 30 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. 

2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 30 days period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
