This is a used 1990s vintage Black Hills Ellsworth AFB patch with a B-1 Lancer bomber over Mount Rushmore. It's in good used condition with fuzzing and pulls to the stitching of the bomber and Mt Rushmore, and cracking of the plastic backing.
