This is an all real wood box, plywood, with a drop slot on top, unknown age, handmade. 

It was being used as a Suggestion Box, it may be suitable for other purposes.
It has a brass hasp if you wish to place your own padlock.
Galvanized steel hinges for the lid.
The slot is about 1" X 5".
Box is about 6 1/2" tall X 10 3/4" wide X 13" front to back. 

No accessories included.
