ARIZONA HIGHWAYS - JULY 1939 BLACK & WHITE ISSUE -  HOPI SNAKE DANCERS - HAVASUPAI INDIANS - ENCHANTED CIRCLE OF NORTHERN ARIZONA

It is very rare to find the early black and white issues of the Arizona Highway, especially in such nice condition.  The Arizona Highways started out as a Magazine for the people who worked building the highways of Arizona.  There weren't many made in those early years.  Much of the information is related to the work being currently done on the highways of Arizona.

This Magazine is in excellent condition, with very, very slight wear (see pictures).  There is a name mailing label on the Back Cover (see picture).

There are some rare color pages in this old black and white issue - The Enchanted Circle Title Sheet. the Enchanted Circle Map and the last page of the Enchanted Circle section.

The Arizona Sketch Book features black and white oil paintings by Robert Atwood, Musician turned Artist.
