Condition  Vintage book, the best part of a century old, in readable condition but no longer smart.  Pages are generally in good condition, with some age-related discolouration. The front free endpaper has been neatly removed.  Inscription to previous owner in the front, dated 1946.  Hard covers are scruffy, and have had some water damage in the past, causing warping as shown.
