This is a very rare Ari 't Hart Hart I fly reel complete with original leather pouch in mint condition. It doesn't appear to have ever been used. There are no marks or dings on the reel - the photos verify the condition. The case shows that the reel has been removed and replaced several times over the years but is in great shape.
This is quite a rare model with a very good cork disc drag - easily adjustable via the finger holes on the backplate. The reel is currently setup for RHW but can be user converted to LHW without any additional parts (unusually for Ari Hart reels!). It was an expensive reel and is ideal for a light salmon set-up: 9-10wt with loads of backing. This reel was made in Holland. The reel foot is titanium, all the machined aluminium is anodised and the stainless parts are polished.
