A new Japanese-made signature model from Ken, who has been using the Stratocaster for many years as a guitarist for L'Arc-en-Ciel, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2021.
The combination of the original white body, matching head, and gold hardware was designed based on Ken's image of ``kintsugi Japanese pottery.''
The minimally cut elbow contour is painted gold, and the acrylic pickguard and control panel show that the pickup, control, and spring cavities are all painted gold.
In addition, Ken's ideal sound is achieved by the combination of pickups "V-Mod II" and "Fat 50s" that are directly attached to the thick neck profiled from Ken's actual machine and the highly rigid body that intentionally eliminates the back contour. It has come true.
This guitar is a condensed version of Ken's personal attention to detail, including the front and rear pickup blender, locking tuner, and 6-Saddle Pure Vintage Synchronized Tremolo, which are essential to Ken models in recent years.
