This is a non oem part but fits and performs very well on either side of the tool. I have tested it on basically the whole line of 20 volt tools with all battery combinations. (over 500 sold in the past 90 days)
Your clip will come with two screws of different lengths, use whichever works best on your tool, making sure that the screw does not penetrate too deeply into the tool or you may not be able to slide in the battery. You may wish to use the longer screw first to draw everything into place, then, if found to be too long, remove it and use the shorter screw as your permanent fastener.
HINT: IF YOU DON'T USE A BELT CLIP WHY NOT INSTALL ONE OF THESE ON EACH SIDE OF YOUR TOOL. CARRY 4 BITS TOTAL ALL ATTACHED TO YOUR TOOL.
