Comes with box and inner package. I didn't notice any flaws.

I ship one business day after payment is received and I only ship to the address eBay tells me. I do use store boxes and recycle boxes and materials sometimes. I don't refund shipping,  to me its something you consider when purchasing,  if you feel it's to high check with me before you purchase.
