RARE Victory Brewing Company Beer Advertising Wooden Display Sign 18" X 24"  It has some surface wear.  This sign came from Chaps Pit Beef in Rehoboth Beach.  There very bottom of the sign is darkened a bit.  There are some predrilled holes.  Please see pics.
