I opened package today to inspect contents and condition. Part is new/unused. It does show storage wear as shown to quick release lever. Also it feels sticky from being in the plastic for 40 years. But I’m sure that could be cleaned with some dish soap.

Bracket is all metal construction. They don’t make these anymore. This is an O-G!
