Start by attaching the SPAL fan to the bracket with the 4 screws.

Then mount both parts on the cooler using the remaining 4 screws provided. It is no drilling or customization required.

Once the fan and bracket are securely attached to the radiator, connect the corresponding connectors together. The plugs fit together easily.
