We offer Fedex (International Priority).
Insurance and registered service will be included with the Shipping and Handling fee.
A tracking number will be provided after the item has been dispatched.

Return Policy
We offer a 30 day returns or exchange policy on most goods sold
To return or to have the item exchanged the following must be met:
-All packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories must be sent back.
-Items must be sent back in boxed packaging that will protect the product from damage while being returned.
-Items should be sent with insurance and tracking service.
-Should any problems occur during the return shipping, the buyer is fully responsible for dealing with the respective post services up to the point where we receive the package upon its arrival.
-We will not pay for return shipping and we will not refund shipping fees.
--All products must be in the condition they were in at the time of sale.
-We will not make full refunds on items that are returned damaged.
-Return shipping must be sent with a company that will provide a tracking number.
