An original Lyndon B. Johnson Hubert H Humphrey 1965 Inaugural Ball Hostess pin badge / ribbon.

It features a gold gilt frame pinback with an attached red grosgrain ribbon. The frame has a white backing with blue letters that say Inaugural Ball Floor Committee. It looks like you can swap out the 'inaugural ball' names that are in the frame. The ribbon reads 1789-1965 45th Inaugural Lyndon B. Johnson Herbert H Humphrey January 20th 19655. It measures about 5.5" long and about 1.75" wide.   

There are no tears, splitting or unravelling in the ribbon and the wording is still visible/readable but it is a little faded in some spots, most notably on the back. There is a crease in the ribbon and some age wear on the reverse of the medal pieces, but otherwise, this piece is ready for display.
