Pair Bradley & Hubbard Civil War Army Navy Statues. Spelter cast metal, bronzed statues attributed to Bradley & Hubbard, circa 1890 - 1900.

Manufactured as a pair one depicts a Civil War Navy Sailor and the other an Army Soldier. Both statues have a bronze finish with a dark patina. Metal bases are labeled "Army" and "Navy".

Measures 13" tall, base is 7.5" x 5".

Navy weighs 6 pounds 12 ounces.

Army weighs 7 pounds 5 ounces.

They display absolutely beautiful.

Please look at all the pictures for best description. The gun barrels were lost at some point and screw on replacement barrels were made, old fix. Overall the pictures don’t do justice as these two statues are much better looking in person.

These statues came from Kingston NY. They belonged to a collector of militaria who told me never to split these two soldiers because they’ve been fighting together since their creation. God Bless our veterans and God Bless America.

From Wikipedia: "The Bradley & Hubbard Manufacturing Company (1852-1940) was formed in Meriden, Connecticut, and over the years produced Art Brass tables, call bell, candlestick holders, clocks, match safes, lamps, architectural grilles, railings, etc.

Overall the company patented 238 designs and mechanical devices. "By the 1890's, the Bradley and Hubbard name was synonymous with high quality and artistic merit," said Richard E. Stamm for the Smithsonian Institution, which has an extensive collection of Bradley and Hubbard manufactured design objects in its collection."
