Fender Made in Japan Takashi Kato Stratocaster Paradise Blue Electric guitar

Features

Since their debut, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra is Japan's leading ska band, having performed in 31 countries around the world without limiting themselves to Japan, and participating in many of the world's largest music festivals such as Coachella. This signature model was developed under the supervision of guitarist Takashi Kato in pursuit of a vintage style, based on the 1965 Stratocaster commonly known as "Driftwood", which he has mainly used for many years.

The ``Paradise Blue'' that covers the body is an original color that reproduces the unique color tone of Lake Placid Blue, which has deepened over time while increasing its metallic appearance. The top coat nitrocellulose lacquer is kept to a minimum, allowing you to enjoy the vintage sound and look faster. The neck profiled from his actual machine has a round rose fingerboard with a 7.25 inch radius, approximately 41 mm nut width, and a thin 1965 “C” shape, faithfully reproducing the vintage grip feeling and smooth with narrow tall frets. It achieves excellent playability.

This guitar has a very nice texture and is finished in a color named Paradise Blue using lacquer for the top coat. Considering the price, it is a fairly high-quality model.
