To Use:

1. Remove lid. Place directly into a microwave oven, heat 1-2 minutes only. Heat further at only 30 second intervals until desired consistence. WARNING: Heating time will vary depending on microwave strength. Reduce heating time with less wax in jar. 

2. Working temperature is approx. 65°C - 75°C. Always heat gradually and DO NOT OVERHEAT. Test on wrist prior to use.

3. DO NOT apply wax on moles, warts, broken or irritated skin. 

4. Apply Natural Look Prepare Pre-Wax Treatment to cleanse the skin. 

5. Spread wax thinly in the direction of hair growth. 

6. Place the epilation cloth over the area to be waxed. Press firmly and smooth in a downward motion. 

7. Pull cloth sharply, close to the skin, against direction of hair growth.

8. Apply Natural Look Soothe After Wax Treatment to the waxed areas to calm and moisturise the skin or Natural Look Depil-Hair to enhance the epilation result.

9. Use Natural Look Finish After Wax Oil or Recharge to remove all traces of wax off the skin and Natural Look Orange Wax Remover to remove wax off equipment.

Hair-Barber will allow a refund or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:

- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition
- Not damaged in any way; and
- The customer reimburses us $9.95 for our postage fee already spent to post the product to you, as we are not responsible for your change of mind

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

The customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.

You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address and will the customer will not receive a refund.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been open, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds. In cases like this or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us directly and provide images of the damaged items to allow us to follow up with Australia Post to claim compensation on the damage and replace/ refund your order.

If you believe an electrical item to be faulty and it still has warranty, we will cover the cost to return the item to us for assessment. If your item is deemed to have been damaged by your use, or was dropped during use, you will be required to re-imburse us for the shipping charges we paid to return the item before we return the product to you and the warranty may be void. If the product is deemed to be faulty from the manufacturer, you will not be required to do anything. We will cover the cost of replacing the product and ensuring you receive a repaired item/ replacement (whichever outcome the manufacturer deems).

Can I cancel, update or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake (wrong address, or incorrect product for example) and have notified us within 20 mins of placing your order, we may be able to intercept during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to do anything including changing the delivery address, provide refunds or credit unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order, you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
