Packaging

All our models are checked prior to dispatch – we use a minimum of 2 layers of bubble wrap

before placing your model in our custom made cardboard die-cut box or Jiffy bag.

Despatch

We normally send orders the next working day after receipt of payment.

Free Postage & Tracking

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked & Signed with the option yo upgrade to 1st Class.

You will receive tracking information upon despatch.

Returns

The model must still be in its original box with all factory seals intact.

The supplied outer packaging should also be re-used.
