1993 HESS Patrol Car (UNOPENED BOX). Condition is New.  No wrinkles or kinks on end flaps. (because... it hasn't been opened!)

IN FACT: I have no idea what is in the box... just that I grabbed it in 1993 because the line was so long at the Mt. Ephraim  ,  Nj Hess station where I purchased it..  I had to buy @ least 2 to make it worth the wait in the cold.
