Jimi Hendrix, famous for Purple Haze

Octavia, which is familiar with the sound of Jimi Hendrix's signature song, Purple Haze, has been made compact. This Octavia Classic is a smaller model with almost the same specifications as the previous Vision Octavia.
The original Octavia was created in 1967. A sound an octave higher is mixed in, creating a unique screeching sound. The effect is especially obvious when playing the 12th fret or higher.
When recording, Jimi Hendrix pursued the guitar sound by adding various EQs to Roger Mayer and the original Octavia. This Octavia Classic has a tone circuit between the drive and Octavia circuits. The original sound is still intact, but with more flexibility.

Two types of output terminals
Buffer Out (BF OUT)
Always passes through a buffer circuit to convert high impedance to low impedance and output. Please use it in the following cases.
A stage that is easily affected by external noise such as lighting
When using long cables
When using many effects
If you want to prevent sound quality deterioration due to tuner

Hard wired out (HW)
This is an out that does not pass through the electronic circuit when bypassed. Please use it in the following cases.
If the setup is relatively simple
Where you are looking for natural bypass sound
