AcoustiBoost MVLC XLR Microphone Volume Control
Easy to use in-line Volume Control for Low Impedance
Microphones.
The
MVLC is a small XLR Male/Female extender with on board volume control. Simply connect to your microphone, and cable,
it takes no time to set up.
Managing your microphone
volume level during live performance has never been easier. Let’s face it…most of us don’t have the
luxury of sound man while performing in small to medium venues!
With the MVLC you can adjust
your volume as needed… right at your fingertips without having to walk away
from the microphone. It is a MUCH easier solution than a floor pedal for volume control!
Singers/Bands – Most performers will
sing different types of songs during
the gig, from soft and mellow, to loud and noisy. Sometimes the venue where you’re
performing starts out quiet then becomes noisy as the night progresses, requiring
different levels of volume. The PA is
usually set up behind the band, making it difficult to reach during
performance. Now just set your PA levels at the start of the gig and adjust
your volume as needed; right at your microphone.
Harmonica Players - When singing, the mic
needs to be very close to your lips while at the same time playing the acoustic
harp with your hands cupped in front of the mic may not allow you to get close
enough. With a volume control at the your fingertips, you can set the volume on
your PA as you like for harp playing, and have the ability to lower the volume when
getting closer while singing.
Jams/Open Mic – Performers may require
different volume levels. With the volume control right at the microphone each
performer can easily adjust the volume as needed, no need to dodge cables
trying to reach the PA behind the band.
