Please ask questions, I am usually very mechanically inclined, but also very color blind (all three color cones do not work much) I had to negotiate my way through a HS Electronics course... Color cones just don't work very well and no the new glasses are not a fix for Long story shorter, color codes on transistors are a punt and need to double check matching wires, so my electrical knowledge base is somewhat limited.
