9ct 375 Yellow Gold Solitaire Ring W/ Natural Pearl & Diamonds - Size K 1/2
Solid 9ct yellow gold.
Hallmarked “9K”
The ring is in very good condition, it is showing some minor wear as it has a few finer scratches on the gold. Nothing noticeable. Has a heavy 18ct gold plating on it which has not worn through.
The ring style is a solitaire ring.
This ring is unbranded and it is estimated to date around 2020.
The main stone is a pearl and the secondary stones are natural white diamonds.
Each stone was tested and all of the stones were confirmed to be natural and with no colour enhancements.
The pearl is 7.0mm in diameter.
The pearl has an orange hue to it, I believe it is called a champagne pearl.
I’m not an expert on pearls, best to assume that it is a cultured Pearl rather than a naturally occurring pearl.
The diamonds have a total combined carat weight of 0.14cts.
No visible chips or scratches on any of the stones.
No stones are loose.
The gold purity of this ring has been tested and it was confirmed to be solid 9ct yellow gold (37.5% purity)
This ring is plated in 18ct yellow gold to give it a deep gold colour. This plating has not worn though, it will wear though after some extensive wear of the ring.
Has not been resized.
No modifications or repairs have been made to this ring.
Comfortable to wear.
The pearl is secured in place using an adhesive on a post that is drilled into the pearl. The pearl may fall out if poorly handled but it can be glued back into place. This is a common issue with all pearl jewellery, not specific to this ring alone.
The ring has an inside diameter of 16.1mm.
An Australian size K 1/2.
Ring band width is 1.7mm.
Ring band thickness is 0.8mm.
The face of this ring is 7.0mm in width and the pearl sits at a maximum height of 8.2mm.
In perfectly wearable condition.
