- Basic shipping cost : $3-$9. Additional $1-$2 per item. Heavy or bulky items may require an additional $3-5 shipping charge per item.
- We welcome to combine your purchases together to save shipping cost (within 3 days).
Shipping
- Ships via Fedex and Japan Post.
We can usually ship within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays in Japan) from payment.
- Weekend orders will be shipped by Tuesday.Economy: 7-30 days (Resistered airmail)
- Standard: 5-12 days (EMS)
- Expedited: 4-10 days (Fedex, another courier)
Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.
Buyer pays for the cost of returning the item(s).
To receive a full refund, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
Notes
- For EU customers - please be assured that we will obtain an IOSS number and prepare customs clearance electronic data before shipping so that you do not have to pay double VAT.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine.
- Return cost will be buyer's responsibility.
