Hello,

I am selling a working and tested set of Tyan Tiger MPX motherboard and Athlon MP processors.
The specific set you are bidding on has been tested for stability under Windows 2000 running 5 loops of 3DMark 2000 (video available).

In detail:
- Tyan Tiger MPX motherboard S2466 (https://www.tyan.com/Motherboards_S2466_Tiger%20MPX)
- AMD 760 MPX chipset revision B2 (active USB support)
- AGP 2x/4x slot
- Integrated 3Com 920 NIC

Also comes with:
- 2 good original AMD heatsinks, the fans spin flawlessly
- A rear I/O hield

The processors are AMD Athlon MP 2200+ "Thoroughbred": https://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K7/AMD-Athlon%20MP%202200%2B%20-%20AMSN2200DKT3C.html

Some more useful infos:
- The motherboard fits in a large ATX case
- The board already has the latest BIOS installed, version 4.05
- The board has been tested using 1GB DDR PC2100 ECC RAM and 1GB DDR PC3200 standard RAM
- For power supplies, the Athlon XP/MP requires a strong 5V rail, that is around 25A to be sure it works. I'm using this power supply which can deliver 27A on the 5V rail: https://www.lc-power.com/fileadmin/user_upload/pdf/english/psu/silent_giant_green_power/6560gp3_SILBER/LC6560GP3_V2.3_datasheet.pdf You also need to connect a 12V (4 pin) to the board, OR a Molex connector (never did that). See the user manual
- AMD 760 MPX chipsets are known to have sometimes problematic USB support, which has been improved with the revision "B2" chipset as on this board. However, it is still not perfect and I therefore strongly recommend using a PS2 keyboard instead of USB or you may experience freezes at boot time; this is a known issue on every board using this chipset.
- If you are bidding on this you are probably an old hardware collector and perfectly know that no warranty can be given on this hardware.

Thank you
