• All products are carefully packed in antistatic materials
• Standard shipping (within the EU) is included in the price
• Additional costs apply for express and international shipping
• Guaranteed shipping within 2 business days (if the product is in our stock)
• Via PostNL, DHL, FedEx, DPD (let us know your preference), if no preference is given we will choose the best carrier.

• All our products new or second hand are with 6 months warranty (unless the seal is damaged / broken or the product is bought as for parts).

Returned items that do not meet the criteria below may receive a partial refund of the item's value. To be eligible for a return, the exact item you purchased must be returned.

The item(s) must be in the exact condition in which it/they were received:

• Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use beyond the condition of the item listed or how it was received.
• All parts must be intact.
• Must be returned with the original product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or items used to package and protect the item.
•  Must include all items included in the original packaging, such as cords, cables, remotes, manuals, warranty and discount cards, free gifts or bonus items.
• Items must have original labels, tags and/or associated materials originally included.

Parts and Accessories

• Parts must not be installed before.

To the extent permitted by law, IPS electronics hereby excludes any liability for;

1. Any damage whatsoever, direct and/or indirect, caused in any way by and/or resulting from your use of the materials purchased and installed by yourself or any other equipment connected to the relevant machine;

2. Damage to computer hardware and software and other inconveniences and/or loss of time;

3. Damage due to the fact that certain information provided is incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate.
