AQUA-CAM MARK I

Very unusual and rare underwater camera with flash, from early 1950's as best I can research.
This is not a housing, but a complete roll film camera made of heavy cast aluminum.
Relied on an internal battery to trigger the shutter and flash. The battery is still in place from whenever it was last used.
Battery is dead of course, but has not leaked.
There is a roll of film in it as well, of course completely fogged at this point.
Missing one standard wingnut, available at any hardware store.
Has original grip and labelling on flash.
Electrical lead from camera to flash has been repaired at some point.
Castings are solid with no cracks. Rubber gasket is in place.
Original finish looks good for 70 years of existence.
Fascinating vintage piece of photographic gear.
