2: All return items must be returned in its original condition, if the item has any damages which includes packaging due to poor packing, full refund will not be awarded, partial refunds will be offered depending on the state of the item returned.

 

3: Please be aware all items are never going to have 100% perfect paint apps / chrome parts / part flashes etc. there will never be a perfect figure, therefore please bear that in mind as paint apps / chrome parts / part flashes are not considered defects if you are not happy will my policy please do not purchase from my listings as I will not offer returns or refunds for these reasons.

 

4: Postage prices are clearly displayed on the listings, please note the postage price covers more than just the stamp, it covers for packing materials, handling (packing and going to the post office), insurance and fees.

If you do not agree on the postage fees or need combined postage pls message me first and see if there is anything that can be done. Please do not buy the item then message me that you want postage refunds as I will not be offering any refunds for postage as it is clearly displayed.

 

5: Please note I am not a shop this a hobby for me, I have a full time job, where I will always try my best to post the item as soon as possible, but delays sometimes will happen as I must prioritise my full time job over dispatching items. If the item is needed urgently or at a specify date please contact me before purchasing the item for my listings.

 

6: All items are photographed in detail ie: factory seals and over all condition of the item before packing, after packing, before sending.

This is done for my safety and for your peace of mind, all pictures can be supplied to you if requested.

 

7: Delays in transit is out of my hands especially overseas, I use the most reliable couriers available in the UK, Royal mail and Parcelforce. Delays are always possible due to customs for your country, I am not held accountable for any delays resulting from held item in your countries customs, please make sure you contact your country’s postal / customs customer service quoting your tracking number which I would have supplied to you on your ebay account. If the item tracking number stops working then please contact me and I will do what I can, item lost is a very rare situation but I can happen if it does don’t worry I will always do right by the customer.
