Vintage mid century French bowling ball design ice bucket

A rare space age design by French designer Lamotte. Created from cream coloured acrylic in the form of a spherical bowling ball. It opens to reveal a white plastic lined interior. The lid is lined with polystyrene. The base is flat so its sits nicely on the bartop.

The raised lettering on the base states that it is a copyrighted Lamotte design, made in France by the Guillios Edition.

In good used vintage condition with related surface marks and wear.

Approx. dimensions - 25cm H x 25cm Diameter / Weight 1.2kg

This original Space Age ice bucket would make a practical and fun addition to any bar decor.
